Business UPDATE
Ser ving Collegeville, Schwenksville, Trappe, Limerick, Lower Frederick, Lower Providence, Perkiomen, Skippack & Upper Providence
October 2008
What’s in a Name?
Dear Friend,
We say plenty. That’s why we wanted to write to remind you that
the Perkiomen Valley Chamber of Commerce is still the chamber
of commerce that best represents your interests in the community.
For more than 50 years, we have been “Minding Your Business”
to help grow your customer base in the Collegeville, Trappe,
Schwenksville, Limerick, Lower Frederick, Lower Providence,
Skippack, Oaks and Upper Providence areas. We assure you that
you can count on our continued service and personal touch.
Name changes have become quite the rage lately. When another
local chamber, Schuylkill Alliance Chamber of Commerce jumped
on the bandwagon and created some confusion by changing its
name to The Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, we
figured it made sense to let you, our member and friend, know
that our name and our commitment are not changing. Don’t let
that other name change fool you. There are 14 individual
chambers of commerce doing great work for more than 7,000
businesses in Montgomery County.
Our best to you and your business in this national Chamber of
Commerce month. Thanks for your continued support!
