TATTENHALL GUN CLUB A.G.M. 25TH OCTOBER 2008 TILSTON SHOOT Keith opened the meeting at 12.15 p.m. There were 9 members present these were as follows Mark Jarvis, Mike Dunning, Keith Williams, Russell Pierpoint, John Tennison, Tom Crowther, Rob Law and Gary Crofts and Sarah Crofts. MINUTES. The minutes were read from the previous A.G..M. and they were proposed correct by Gary Crofts and seconded by John Tennison ELECTION OF COMMITTEE It was proposed by John Tennison seconded by Tom Crowther that Keith Williams remain Secretary and Gary Crofts remain Chairman. This was passed unanimously along with £25.00 each for expenses for the twelve months of office. Tattenhall Gun Club has now got a web site Keith thanked Tom Crowther for his very professional work in Designing and building the web site. Improved Shooter This is to continue. Christmas Shoot and trophy shoots Rose bowl to be given at the Christmas shoot and small trophies to be given to keep at other trophy shoots to let people have something to keep as they have to bring the main trophy back the next year. After the rose bowl a small trophy will also be the norm. Keith to find out prices for trophies. Raffle. This shoots raffle prize was supplied by Mike Dunning John Tennison to bring November and Gary Crofts to bring December. (Following the meeting Colin and Dave Tudor arrived with a bottle each for the raffles so these will be used accordingly) Life Membership It was proposed by Gary Crofts and seconded by Keith Williams that Tom Welch become a life member of the club as Tom has been coming to our shoot since the early sixties and has put a lot of effort into the club and has been a loyal member always one of the first to arrive and one of the last to leave. This was carried unanimously. Pricing. Everyone is happy with the pricing at the moment. Present for Sarah Crofts It was agreed that we buy Sarah Crofts a present for Christmas this year for all her work helping out at the shoots over the year. Thanks. John Tennison thanked Keith and Gary for all their hard work of the last twelve months. A.O.B. It was suggested that we arrange a night out this is to be looked at. The meeting Closed at 12.45.p.m.
