Health Month (NOHM)
Every October, the AAO takes the
spotlight with NOHM. This year marks
NOHM’s tenth anniversary. It’s a time for
all patients to tell the public about the
benefits of orthodontics.

Halloween), Dr. Eichel and his staff will be dressed up.
If you would like to join us, simply schedule an
appointment that day. We will be giving away an extra
raffle ticket to all patients that join in on the celebration.
Recipe of the Month: Pumpkin Pudding
*3 boxes instant vanilla pudding (enough to make 12 one-half cup servings)
*1 teaspoon red food coloring
*1/2 teaspoon yellow food coloring
*1 9-ounce package plan chocolate wafers
*6 cups of milk
*Chocolate syrup to taste
*One 8-once can mandarin oranges drained
Combine pudding mix and milk in large bowl as directed on the package. Refrigerate until firm. Crush
chocolate wafers into crumbs, using a food processor, or put the wafers into a zip-lock bag and crush with a
