Tablets and 6th graders - “Egg”-cellent Responsibility Student Name: ___________________________________ Purpose: 6th grade students will understand and demonstrate responsibility and tie this to Tablet ownership Dear 6th Grade Parent, Your child has brought home an egg that they must keep from being damaged for 15 school days. They will have to carry the egg from class to class, to home, and back to school. In tech class there will be discussion about how this ties into keeping their tablets from being damaged and things they will need to do to keep their tablet in good condition. If you could help participate in this activity by signing this sheet of paper to indicate that the egg is safe at home. If you want to add any other comments about the status of the egg please feel free to do so. Students will need to hand this in with their undamaged egg on the last day of the project on either Sept. 4th or Sept. 5th to Mr. Reinsmoen during tech class to be able to take their tablet home. If there is damage the student must go to the tech office to fill out the necessary paperwork for the damage. A tech office staff member must sign the form and the student must bring the paperwork to class the last day along with their damaged egg and the student will receive their tablet to take home. Please make sure student brings this sheet to each class.
