SACRED HEART UNIVERSITY
MBA PROGRAM
for Liberal Arts and Science Majors
This full-time program is designed for students interested in earning both an undergraduate major in the Liberal Arts or the Sciences and an MBA in 6 years or less. In addition, the program incorporates domestic and international internship opportunities that provide students with a solid exposure to the world of business and within their specific field of interest. (To allow for these valuable internship opportunities, most MBA classes are held in the evenings.) One of the most compelling reasons to choose this educational option is that the business world continues to be a dynamic and competitive place; and more and more corporations are requiring an MBA for even entry level positions. The Sacred Heart University program places a strong emphasis on the application of business theory to the realities of the business world. We are able to accomplish this with a faculty that combines substantial business experience with their academic training. Moreover, the faculty’s dedication to teaching is second to none. Seniors and recent graduates are ideal candidates for the program. As soon as you are accepted into the program, you are assigned an MBA faculty advisor in addition to your undergraduate faculty advisor if you are still completing your undergraduate work.
