The above dates are tentative and provided for planning purposes, only. Although unlikely, it is possible that some dates can be changed due to certain operational constraints or unforeseen circumstances. EAC, therefore, accepts no liability due to changes in the provided timetable. 2. On the top of the aforementioned dates mainly dedicated to contact time between lecturers and students, there can be, other, additional dates, dedicated to exams, in-class tests, evaluations sessions or special activities were the presence of the students is required. At the beginning of each Module, the Lecturer will announce to students those additional key dates, when applicable. 3. The MBA dissertation dates are flexible and can be re-scheduled depending on the availability of certain conditions to launch the orientation sessions. An announcement will be made to students, when such conditions are in place. 4. All the classes will take place in Dubai, at the Emirates Aviation College (aircraft shape building). In principle, full day classes will usually start at 9am and go until 5pm with brakes in between.

5. Is up to students to do all the necessary arrangements in order to come and attend classes on
time. Students must not seek EAC’s involvement in order to get special permissions from their line managers for attending classes.
