                                         New Contracts:
                                         2007 not only marked King's 50th year of business, but also its success in
                                         winning additional contracts and extending a number of existing contracts,
                                         including a contract extension with Mitchells & Butlers, the UK's leading
                                         operator of managed pubs and pub restaurants.

                                         David James, Senior Purchasing Manager for Mitchells & Butlers said:

                                         with King as they provide continuous service improvement and a
                                         competitive pricing structure which helps add value to our business."

                                         King UK provides customers with solutions that ensure the effective
                                         management of non food consumables. It operates throughout the UK and

                                        manages the full supply chain from sourcing and procurement through to
                                        warehousing, distribution and delivery of products on a just in time basis.

                                        King UK's six distribution hubs, supported by a fleet of some 100
                                        commercial vehicles, make over 10,000 deliveries each week to individual
                                        customer outlets throughout England, Scotland and Wales.
