Speaker Biographies
Andrew F. Jacobs has been President and CEO of Capstead since July 2003. He has served in various executive positions with Capstead since 1989. Mr. Jacobs is a CPA and is a member of AICPA, TSCPA, FEI and Advisory Council of The Real Estate Finance and Investment Center at the University of Texas at Austin. Phillip A. Reinsch has been Executive Vice President of Capstead since July 2006 and has served as our Chief Financial Officer since July 2003. He has held various financial accounting and reporting positions with Capstead since 1993. Prior to that time, Mr. Reinsch was employed by Ernst & Young LLP as audit senior manager. Mr. Reinsch is a CPA and is a member of AICPA, TSCPA and FEI. Robert R. Spears, Jr. has been Executive Vice President, Director of Residential Mortgage Investments of Capstead since July 2006 and has served in asset and liability management positions with Capstead since 1994. Mr. Spears was formerly vice president, secondary marketing with NationsBanc Mortgage Corporation. Bethany L. Siggins has been Vice President of Capstead since July 2006 and has served as the manager of the Investor Relations department since April 1999. She has held various other positions with Capstead since 1994. Ms. Siggins is a member of NIRI, NASPP and Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals.
