                                      Terms and Conditions
1.1 To access the Alumni website and claim your discounts you need to attach your annual subscription of
£75.00.
1.2 Payment of the overall cost of any programme booked is required in advance of the programme’s
commencement. You will not be enrolled on the programme or registered with any of the accrediting
bodies until this amount is received. Any attendance or assessment will not be eligible for accreditation.
1.3 The delivery of every individual Cherith Simmons Management programme is subject to its financial
viability. This decision to run a programme is made once an agreed minimum number of applicants are
reached. Therefore, programme and accreditation fees are non refundable and are still payable if
applicants fail complete or withdraw from the programme prior to completion.
1.4 Cherith Simmons Management reserves the right to refuse the applicant access to the programme if
terms 1.1 and 1.2 above are not satisfied.
1.5 Only by explicit (written) agreement with Cherith Simmons Management will any exception to these
terms and conditions of payment be granted.
