07-027      Authorizing The Execution of Memorandum of Understanding between State
            of New Jersey’s Department of Law and Public Safety (SAA), the County of
            Somerset and Bridgewater Township Fire District No.3 as part of a strategy to
            “target harden” certain privately owned critical infrastructure sites such as
            shopping malls and shopping complexes, such as the Bridgewater Commons
            within the Somerset County region, $21,380.16 Homeland Security Grant 2006.

07-028      Authorizing The Execution of Memorandum of Understanding between State
            of New Jersey’s Department of Law and Public Safety (SAA), the County of
            Somerset and Public Service Enterprise Group as part of a strategy to “target
            harden” certain privately owned critical infrastructure sites such as switching
            stations and distribution centers within the Somerset County region,
            $50,000.00 Homeland Security Grant 2006.

            Department of Labor and Workforce Development, July 1, 2006 - June
            30, 2007” to accept $65,052.00 of additional funds from the State
            Department of Labor and Workforce Development and to decrease the
            WIB Allocation by $1,308.00 for a new total of $1,843,708.00, July 1,
            2006 through June 30, 2007.

07-045      Otter Recycling, Connecticut Metals, Trenton Iron & Metal and Anheuser-
            Busch, Authorizing The Marketing of Aluminum used Beverage Containers
            generated by the Somerset County Recycling Program, twelve-month
            agreement which provides for the pickup, transportation and marketing of
            recyclable materials from the County's Recycling Center – highest price from
            most responsible vendor will be used – all fees paid to the county.

07-046      Authorizing an extension of existing Nursing contract until January 16, 2007
            during the RFP Process and Awarding a Contract for Combined Services –
            Tuberculosis Control Physician and Nursing Services, Somerset County Chest

07-049      Authorizing Execution of Contracts with Human Services Agencies in the total
