					      DRY REED SIL RELAYS FOR AUTOMATIC TEST EQUIPMENT

Comus International has extended its reed relay line with several SIL dry reed relay
types, specifically designed for the ATE markets where high isolation and dielectric
withstanding voltages are required.
Up to now this has been exclusively the area where mercury wetted relays are used,
providing high contact performance, high isolation voltages and long life.
In certain fields, where the high contact ratings are not really required, but where you
would still need to withstand higher voltages, these mercury-free, dry reed SIL relays
become highly interesting.

Several types are available with different breakdown or dielectric withstanding
voltages over the open contact :

From the small SIP (1M/1M/1M pinning)
3570.1333.xxx series : 250 Vdc



To the longer SIP (1M/2M/1M pinning)
3570.1322.xxx series : 500 Vdc
3570.1323.xxx series : 1000 Vdc
3570.1324.xxx series : 1500 Vdc
3570.1325.xxx series : 2000 Vdc
3570.1326.xxx series : 2500 Vdc




Comus International can offer dry reed relays as well as mercury wetted relays,
covering a broad range of possible application area’s, such as cable testers, test
equipment, industrial control instrumentation and many others.
