Sale Conditions
1/ Publishing, making and advertising is done by Jazz Hot Publications, RCS Paris B 381871425.
2/ Advertising agency and advertiser will have to supply all technical materials necessary to advert in Jazz
Hot. The advertising agency and advertiser will be charged with any expenses due to film negatives
and layout either in black and white or four-colour film negatives and chromalin.
3/ Jazz Hot Publications is authorized to refuse the printing of any advert, whose content would be in
opposition with the cultural aims of Jazz Hot.
4/ Any errors in the advert or late delivery of film(s) negative(s) will be assumed by advertising agency and
advertiser. In case of any issuing delay, the advert will anyway be printed.
5/ Any advertising order will be fully executed, even in case of any change in people or company merger
or acquisition.
6/ All payments must be made in Euros by bank transfer to Jazz Hot Publications, free of charges or
expenses which may incur from bank fees, legal taxes or others.
