Leasing Agreement for NC A&T Shuttle Service
North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University Parking Services currently operated (3) three Aggie Shuttle Buses for the Campus Shuttle Services. These Shuttle Buses are available for lease to university and university affiliated organizations during specific times. Vehicle Description, Availability, Requirements, and Fees are as follows: Vehicle Description (1) one 26 - passenger Shuttle Bus (1) one 23 - passenger Shuttle Bus (1) one 18 - passenger/handicap accessible Shuttle Bus w/handicap lift
Availability NOTE: (1) one of the (3) three Aggie Shuttle Buses (26-passenger, 23-passenger, 0r 18-passenger) is available on Tuesday and Thursdays from 0800 - 2300 hours. (3) three Aggie Shuttle buses are available on weekends from Friday 1800 to Sunday 2300 hours These shuttle buses are available for In-State Travel "ONLY."
Requirements A letter of request & "The Aggie Shuttle Request Form: should be submitted to the Parking Supervisor (10) ten days prior to the date of services. The primary Parking Services Vehicle Operators will be assigned to operate vehicles. In the event these operators are unavailable, a pre-approved qualified operator will be substituted at the lessee's expense.
Fees Vehicle Fees (includes fuel and insurance) A minimum fee of $50.00 per bus will be charged for all trips less than 25 miles. A fee of $2.00 per mile will be charged for 25 miles or more. Vehicle Operator Fee Fee for Vehicle Operator is $15.00 per hour Method of Payment Purchase Order, Check, or Money Order. I have read and fully understand the Leasing Agreement for NC A&T Shuttle Services.
