*IPG will review your request and let you know if your organization qualifies for REDUCED monthly hosting. The one time set up fee is required. CLIENT’S ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY 1. After the hosting account is set-up, Clients receive Email POP account information and FTP host name, username and password. You must keep your password confidential so that no one else may access the services through your account. You must notify InterPublishing Group immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use of your account.
2. InterPublishing Group reserves the right to restrict the use of services if it is determined that computer viruses have been generated by your transmitting computer. PAYMENT 1. Clients must provide IPG with accurate and complete billing information including legal name, address, and telephone number. 2. Clients must report to IPG all changes to this information within 30 days of the change. 3. Clients having questions regarding charges to an account should contact IPG’s Customer Service Department at (703) 330-8268. 4. All charges are considered valid unless disputed in writing within thirty (30) days of the billing date. 5. Adjustments will not be made for charges that are more than 30 days old. 6. Payments can also be made using MasterCard, VISA credit or American Express charge cards. 7. Payments are due upon the receipt of an invoice. TERMS OF AGREEMENT 1. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of this Agreement and the maintenance of a current account balance. Any changes to this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both the client and IPG. 2. Termination of this Agreement can be submitted at any time and for any reason by the client and providing notice of intent to terminate to IPG by: Registered or certified mail, return receipt requested at least 30 days in advance and addressed to IPG, 9022 Mathis Avenue, Manassas, VA 20110 3. Email termination WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. MISCELLANEOUS Signature below constitutes full agreement of all terms and conditions stated above between the Client and IPG.
