Dear Sponsoring Teacher:
Enclosed is the Fair Week Schedule, Display Rules and a map of Quinnipiac University. These materials have
been sent out to the students' homes. Please have your students take time now to study these materials carefully.
Projects will be set-up in the Quinnipiac University recreation center complex. Project space has been
preassigned so report to check-in to get your number. Check-in is 12:30 PM - 7:30 PM, Tuesday, March 9.
Parking is available in the lot adjacent to the recreation center complex.

Please note that if any of your students are called to be present as a Finalist or Special Awards winner
their attendance is mandatory. If any cannot comply with this requirement because of other commitments
(religious and extraordinary circumstances are the only exceptions), please counsel them to withdraw prior to the
fair. Exceptions for extraordinary circumstances will be considered if the request is emailed to Bob Wisner, Fair
Director, by no later than 6:00 PM, Saturday, March 6. Email to director@ctsciencefair.org
Remind your students that electric power will not be available for project operation and that commercial
equipment is not allowed as part of the display unless they are called as finalists. Additional discussion on these
fair procedures is provided in the student guide.
