RESOLUTION 2006-18 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPROVAL OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF VERNON HILLS AND GROUP BUILT CONCERT PRODUCTION FOR 2006 SUMMER CELEBRATION WHEREAS, Summer Celebration is scheduled for July 13-16, 2006; and WHEREAS, the President and Village Board desire that Group Built Concert Production provide production services at 2006 Summer Celebration. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF VERNON HILLS, LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS: That the Village Manager is authorized to execute an agreement between the Village of Vernon Hills and Group Built Concert Production for production services in the total amount of $22,000, plus backline additions, pending review and approval by the Village Attorney. Further upon execution of the agreement, the Finance Director is authorized to pay a deposit in the amount $10,000. Dated the 21st day of February 2006.
