Contract mutually releasing all rights in property of other spouse. This agreement is made this _________, 19__, by and between _________, of the city of _________, county of _________ and state of _________, husband, and _________, wife of _________, of the city of _________, county of _________ and state of _________. Recitals: In consideration of the release, relinquishment and conveyance of wife to husband, set forth below, husband conveys all his rights, title and interest which he, as husband, under the laws of the state of _________, may have acquired or which he may acquire during the lifetime of wife, or at her death, by reason of the marriage that now subsists between the parties, in and to all the property, both personal and real, which now is or during the lifetime or at the death of wife may be owned by wife. And in consideration of above release and conveyance by husband to wife, wife releases, and conveys all her rights, title and interest which she, as wife, under the laws of the state of _________, may have acquired or which she may acquire during the lifetime of husband, or at his death, by reason of the marriage that now subsists between the parties, in and to all the property, both personal and real, which now is or during the lifetime or at the death of husband may be owned by husband. This agreement is intended to be a mutual release, relinquishment and conveyance of all right, title and interest that may now be or shall be, during the lifetime or at the death of either of the parties, acquired by the other, by virtue of marriage that now subsists between the parties under the laws of the state of _________, in and to all the property, both personal and real, of the other, respectively; and it is the intention of the parties to mutually release and waive all benefits of the laws of the state of _________ relating to husband and wife, dower, homestead, etc., and forever bar each other, respectively, from any action to recover any interest that may now be or shall during lifetime or at death of either of the parties to be acquired by the other in the property, both personal and real, of the other, respectively.
