How we make decisions and attendance policy Our team will be making decisions like a democracy. We will be meeting every Wednesday at 8pm online and during the weekends face to face when needed. Our online meeting will be at least 20 minutes just to touch base with ideas and longer when needing to discuss and work on a specific piece of the project. Our face-to-face meeting will be at least one hour and could be longer due to workload. These meetings will be help on campus. If something immediate comes up a group member can email or call to request help on the topic they are having trouble with. Preparation and Quality Quality is defined as the degree or grade of excellence a certain project is delivered. Group nine strives for quality in all our work. Before turning in an assignment it will be checked for adequate information, professional writing, creditable resources and that it meets all the necessary requirements. An assignment must be done 24 hours before the due date in order to make sure it is at the highest standards before turning it in. A quality submission outline should look like an APA format style report turned in with all of its sources. Along with the report is a recording of our presentation to show our understanding in podcasting. Both the report and the presentation should be edited and proof-read several times for corrections and mistakes. The report and the presentation should be completely done by our last meeting before we submit it on Sunday 11:59 p.m. We should look at the works in process and then consider which to be submitted. Our team will also look at works in progress just to make sure
everyone is on track and they are doing the correct assignment. Before submitting team nine assignments will exemplify excellence and exceed class expectations. Non-performance and Peer Review If a group member cannot meet their obligations to the team we will contact that group member and make sure they are aware of the issue. If they do not become aware of the issue we will contact the group member once again and let them know project points will be deducted if they do not meet standards. In order to avoid these situations we will have detailed instructions on which group members are to do what specific task and have a deadline for each one to be completed. If a person goes above and beyond will all give that person the appropriate recognition and suggest they get the ten bonus points.
