Team approval. • The current schedule does not reflect an executable plan if collaboration with the AR project is required. • The schedule should be updated to reflect the impact and work-arounds considered. • Requirements: The requirements gathering process is progressing slower than expected and will not complete on schedule. Requirements are a critical path item impacting RFP. Collaboration may negate the impact of this delay. Many of the project requirements and schedule are delayed to facilitate collaboration. November 26, 2004 • Non-critical staff may be reduced in Task 3 and 4 to free-up the needed funds. • Task 3 cannot begin until the scope of the project is finalized and Task 2 requirements are defined. •• Task two requirements cannot be fully defined until the full scope of the project is clarified. •• PMT review is in progress and opportunities for collaboration are being explored.
