AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this September 14, 2004 by and between the Beverly Hills Unified School District (hereinafter the "District"), and the Beverly Hills Education Association, CTA/NEA (hereinafter the "Association"). NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and agreements herein contained, the parties hereto agree as follows: If any provisions of the Agreement are counter to any State/Federal Law, are held to be contrary to law by a court of competent jurisdiction, or if such law is repealed/sunsets, such provisions shall not be deemed valid and subsisting except to the extent permitted by law, but all other provisions shall continue in full force and effect. In the event that this occurs, the party shall meet within forty-five (45) days to negotiate the items affected by such change.
