Tackling climate change and
saving on energy costs
The Rudd Government’s Nation Building and
Jobs Plan helps tackle climate change and
families save on energy costs by:
        Increasing the solar hot water rebate. Increased rebates of

The largest school modernisation
program in Australia’s history

deliver the stimulus of today and underwrite

education revolution in all schools through the
National Secondary School Computer Fund and
Fibre Connections to Schools elements of the Digital Education Revolution.

Supporting our
building industry
and trades people
To support jobs and invest in the long term future
of the Australian economy and the Australian
community the Rudd Government will construct
over 20,000 new homes.

program will be completed by December 2010 –
