Tennessee Technological University SAS Work at Home License Agreement Through
Middle Tennessee State University Office of Information Technology The Agreement between the SAS Institute and the MTSU Office of Information Technology (TTU Information Technology Services) allows faculty and staff who are authorized to install a SAS workstation on their university microcomputer to also install SAS on their own computer at home subject to the following conditions: a) the employee’s use of the SAS software is governed by the SAS license agreement which was entered into by the SAS Institute and MTSU and governs the licenses purchased at Tennessee Technological University b) the Software is the copyrighted property of the Institute; c) the employee will not modify, reverse assemble, reverse engineer or decompile the Software; d) the employee will not copy or permit copying or permit access to the Software by any third party; e) the employee will use the Software for work-related projects only and not for any commercial or profit-making purposes; and f) the employee agrees to return the Software to Information Technology Services at Tennessee Technological University and destroy any copies of the Software if no longer an employee of the University or if the SAS software license is discontinued.
