Judy Wallace is a facilitator of intercultural learning and understanding,
building upon many years of business, organizational, and life experience.
Judy’s professional life is woven with threads of teaching, both secondary
and university, and marketing and sales, both in the US and Europe. Her
own spiritual evolution and commitment to positive change have been
themes. More recently her purpose and ever evolving interest is in creating
the settings for conversations that will bring diverse stakeholders together to
listen and collectively create innovative solutions for the seemingly
overwhelming problems that face our societies. Her intention is that these
processes provide the creative container for all voices to be heard. Through
thoughtful dialogue and collective wisdom, innovative and un-thought-of
solutions emerge.

Judy holds a BA in French and an MBA in marketing, as well as numerous
professional and personal development seminars. Most recently her learning
path led to an MA in Conscious Evolution from the Graduate Institute in CT.
Her culminating project and thesis, “Beyond the Personal to Engage
Collective Intelligence”, looks at how the individual engages in collective
conversation and how this is part of our evolutionary path to deepen and tap
into our collective knowing. And then how can we move with these
emergent discoveries into collective and collaborative commitment and
action. She believes that we, as fully realized individual humans, cannot do
this alone. Judy is committed to combining leadership, group facilitation and
collaboration, integrity and purpose, with her business and education
experience to bring innovative new thinking to change the world.

In Judy’s words, “I arrive at this place in life very full with wonder and
excitement for the possible. My path has been interwoven with teaching,
facilitation, consulting, and business management – all in many flavors.
While much of my professional life has been facilitating a learning
environment for others, I continue to be humbled as a student of life. My
own spiritual evolution and commitment to positive change are ever
emerging and evolving themes. In the last decade my work in building
bridges of intercultural understanding within various organizational
environments has thrived from my fascination will the multitude of diverse
perspectives and ways of life we find on our planet. It is now time to bring
those diverse perspectives into collaborative conversations to find the
solutions we don’t yet know.”
