LEN CONSULTING LLC maintains sole ownership of the software, and all rights to its distribution. References within the software to other copyrighted works may not be altered or removed. The software is provided "as is" without warranty, express or implied. You assume all responsibility for its applicability, its use, and the results obtained from it. This license does not grant you any rights to updates, enhancements, or improvements to the software or documentation, nor to support services. Under no circumstances shall LEN CONSULTING LLC be liable for any damages or loss from the use or inability to use this software. LEN CONSULTING LLC reserves the right to terminate this agreement immediately, with or without cause, at its sole discretion.
