RESOLUTION 2006-168 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF VERNON HILLS AND COMMUNITY HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT 128 FOR USE OF THE NIKE PARKING LOT AT THE VERNON HILLS ATHLETIC COMPLEX WHEREAS, the Village Vernon Hills and Community High School District 128 desire to enter into a license agreement to allow students to park in the Nike parking lot at the Vernon Hills Athletic Complex; and WHEREAS, the terms outlined in the license agreement include snow plowing, payment, indemnification, parking limitations, and permits. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF VERNON HILLS, LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS: That the Village President is authorized to execute and the Deputy Village Clerk attest to a License Agreement between the Village of Vernon Hills and Community High School District 128, attached hereto.
