MacMillan Interactive Communications, LLC Service Agreement
This agreement is being made on ______________ (Date) between __________________________________________________ (Client) and Mac Millan Interactive Communications, LLC (Contractor). Purpose The purpose of this agreement is to authorize the Contractor to provide the Client with service. By signing this agreement, the Client officially authorizes the Contractor to provide service and promises to pay for all service rendered by the Contractor within the terms specified in this agreement. Services To Be Rendered In exchange for timely payment, the Contractor agrees to provide the Client with the service that is needed to meet Client requests. Contractor service time is subject availability. Payment. By signing this agreement the Client agrees to pay in full for all services rendered by the Contractor within the time period specified on each invoice submitted by the Contractor. If payment is not made the Contractor will suspend service and take further collection action. The Contractor bills for all service rendered to the Client by the hour. Rush requests or requests received after normal business hours, on weekends or holidays are subject to additional service fees. The current rates are $70/hr for simple text changes and $79/hr for graphic design and software programming related changes. Rates are subject to change. Terms This Agreement will become effective the date of signing and will continue in to be in effect until terminated in writing by either the Contractor or Client. The agreement will be subject to the laws of the State of California. Either party in this agreement may terminate this agreement at will with an advance 30-day notice submitted in writing. However, by signing this agreement the Client agrees to pay the Contractor for all hours of service rendered up until the date of termination. The termination notice must be in writing and must be mailed and received by US Mail to both Client and Contractor. A termination date cannot precede the postmark date on the termination letter. If terms, payment and services outlined in this document are acceptable, the Client should sign the document and fax it to the Contractor at (818) 353-1547. This action by the Client will authorize the Contractor to render the service outlined in the document.
