All provisions of this contract are of the essence, and the failure of either party to comply with any of them shall constitute a breach of contract; the party breaking this contract assumes the liability for all expenses that were incurred in preparation for the performance. This contract constitutes the entire contract between the University and the Artist, and modification of this contract shall not be binding unless in writing and signed by both parties. In witness therefore, the parties hereto have duly executed this contract as of the day and year written above Signature by both parties below shall be deemed consent to all terms.
