Latitude Consulting Group, Inc. offers a highly-scalable learning tool at a fraction of a cost of other systems to MVCC participant colleges. The learning management solution includes Latitude’s Ready Solutions Learning Management System (LMS) to facilitate the delivery, management, and record-keeping of learning events; the Outstart Studio Learning Content Management System (LCMS) for the development of courses and the control of course versions; and e-collaboration functionality for creating virtual classrooms (VC) to link students, teachers, and administrators.

Ready Solutions LMS
Latitude’s Ready Solutions LMS has been deployed at several Fortune 100 companies and is capable of supporting a global organization with over 500,000 users. The requirements specified in the RFP can be satisfied with the Ready Solutions 2005 Baseline Edition. This version of Ready Solutions provides all the baseline functions required to manage student learning, including: • Student Administration and Access • Teacher Administration and Access • Student Transcripts • Student Enrollment (including prerequisite and instructor functions) • Course Administration (including online, distance learning, and traditional classroom) • Course Offering Management Scheduling and

OutStart Studio is a learning content management system (LCMS) for organizations with multiple authors that want to quickly develop and deploy effective, engaging e-learning and CD-ROM based courses. Employing a simple point and click interface, OutStart Studio’s authoring environment is designed to get content developed and deployed quickly. OutStart Studio offers content management and role-based management for development teams that can immediately begin authoring right from their browser, from any location.

e-Collaboration
The virtual classroom system helps educators create effective online learning communities. It can scale from a single-teacher site to a 40,000-student university, providing the following functionality: Course management for a full array of online activities, including forums, quizzes, resource management, assignment and student submission of coursework, online surveys, chats, and workshops.
