A service agreement increases system reliability, but should you need emergency service, the service agreement entitles you to preferential treatment. Your agreement price cannot be raised during the effective dates.

We agree to provide you with a qualified technician to visually inspect your heating and/or air conditioning equipment. The inspection and maintenance to be performed as part of the agreement includes 2 inspections per year. These inspections will be performed only during normal working hours between 8AM and 4PM Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Priority emergency service labor provided for one year at regular cost with 15% discount during normal working hours listed above. There will be an additional charge for emergency service of $75.00 for after hours, weekends or holidays.

This agreement does not become effective until Paid in Full and will continue in effect for one year from date of payment unless canceled by either party with 30 days advance notice. This agreement will be automatically renewed by payment of invoice each year.

Tune-Up Service
For Superior Heating/Air Conditioning Reliability & Efficiency Full Maintenance and Emergency Service

Discount: *Parts and Labor eligible for 15% parts discount. This agreement does not include any parts or materials except maintenance materials (lubrication/cleaning supplies) necessary to perform the required maintenance. Extra costs may be incurred on special order parts or parts shipped overnight. **Replacement air conditioning and/or heating units do NOT qualify for 15% discount. CONDITIONS You Agree to: 1. Operate the equipment according to our instructions. 2. Promptly notify us of any unusual operating conditions of the equipment. 3. Permit our personnel the use of your common building maintenance tools, such as ladders, etc. 4. Permit only our service personnel and/or a service organization authorized by us to work on the equipment. We Agree to: 1. Instruct you in the operation of the equipment. 2. Furnish labor and parts as indicated above. 3. Provide you a checklist of service performed on each maintenance/tune-up visit. 4. Give our contract holders preference over all other service activity normally undertaken by us. Exclusions: Cabinets and ductwork. Water supply and drain beyond the equipment proper. Electrical service beyond the equipment disconnect switch (except control wiring). Moving or relocating equipment. Any damage due to unexpected freezing. Work made necessary by the enforcement of government codes, building and union regulations. Devices and controls not furnished by us are EXCLUDED from this agreement unless otherwise specified in the agreement. We are not responsible for failure or damage to equipment or premises due to improper fuel or fuel supply. Balancing system air flow other than at the equipment. We shall not be responsible for system design nor maintaining design conditions through performance of this agreement. General: Any repairs beyond those provided in this agreement will be brought to your attention and be charged on a time and material basis. During the term of this agreement, we will take all reasonable precautions to avoid injury to persons and damage to property while on the premises, but we will not be liable for any special or consequential damages. We shall not be liable for losses or defects arising out of vandalism, fire, flood, wind, war, riots, and acts of God. No service will be rendered under this agreement if customer has a past due account.
