Once all of the steps are completed, you can begin receiving commissions from sales generated by you that are submitted in the proper way. If you have any questions about the process, please contact us. 1) Submit the Service Agreement form: The next two pages contain the Service Agreement that must be filled out and returned to us. Read the form and make sure you understand all of the terms. Contact us with any questions. Fill out the required information and mail the completed form (both pages) to the address at the end of the form. You can begin promoting our business immediately, and your sales will be counted, but you will not be able to collect any of your commissions until we have received your signed Service Agreement in the mail. 2) Choose a payment method: We can either mail you a check or send you payment using PayPal if you have a PayPal account (Go to http://www.paypal.com/ to sign up for one). We will send payments either monthly (if your unpaid commissions total $20.00 or more) or whenever you request them (payment not to be requested more often than biweekly). 3) Choose a referral code: It should consist of five to ten characters, letters (case matters) and numbers only. This code will be used to track the people who order products based upon your recommendation. When they enter our site using a link that contains your referral code (see example below), any orders they make will be counted as a referral by you. However, if they enter a different referral code in the box on the shopping cart page before ordering, you will not get credit for the sale, even if your referral code was the one used when they came to the site. The code that is visible in the referral code box on the shopping cart page at the moment the customer clicks “Check Out” will be the one that counts. 4) Begin promoting our site: You can link to our site using the following HTML: Wittrock Digital Art where XXX should be replaced with your referral code. You can also tell people your referral code, and they can then input it manually on the shopping cart page before they order. However, the referral code is the only way we can tell who referred a particular customer, so if someone you refers does not enter your code when they order, you will not receive credit for the sale. Therefore, either use the automatic link above when linking to our site or stress to the people you refer that they must enter your code on the shopping cart page immediately before they order. Wittrock Digital Art Page 1 of 3 Service Agreement Wittrock Digital Art Page 2 of 3 Service Agreement Promotional Service Agreement Wittrock Digital Art (the Company) provides this Service Agreement (the Agreement) as a contract to provide advertising and promotional services (Services) for the Company. The undersigned shall provide these Services and receive compensation under the terms and restrictions specified in the following points. 1) The undersigned shall provide Services for the Company. Services are limited solely to verbal recommendations and links to the Company's website on personal sites and message boards, and in IM profiles and chat rooms. Other methods of advertising, such as flyers, brochures, or any other printed promotional material are allowable only with the express permission of the Company. 2) The Company will attempt to provide all information it deems necessary for the undersigned to provide Services to the undersigned, but is under no obligation to provide information that it deems not necessary. 2) The undersigned shall not provide any information regarding the internal operation of the Company to anyone outside of the Company without the express permission of the Company. This information includes any internal structure of the Company's website which is not readily apparent to the casual visitor of the site, technologies used in constructing the website, any programs and techniques used in the creation of graphics and products not expressly mentioned in the website, methods of printing, costs of operation, and the contents of any and all internal documents distributed by the Company through electronic or printed media. 4) The undersigned shall not directly sell any products derived from any graphics or products created by the Company. All sales created by the undersigned for the Company must be ordered directly from the Company. Additionally, the undersigned will not accept any money directly from customers for products purchased from the Company. The undersigned will receive compensation for Services rendered as specified below. 3) The undersigned shall receive compensation for Services rendered in the form of a commission for any sales generated as a direct result of said Services. The undersigned will choose a short referral code that must be used by customers ordering products in order for the undersigned to receive payment. This commission will be in the amount of 10% of the profit of the sales which are submitted along with the undersigned's referral code. Bonuses for excellent Services will be given at the Company’s discretion. 4) The undersigned shall not have any rights or responsibilities which are not expressly mentioned in this Agreement. 5) This Agreement may be terminated by the Company at any time given Reasonable Cause that the undersigned has breeched the terms of the Agreement. All outstanding commission payments will be forfeited in the event that the Agreement is terminated with Reasonable Cause. 6) This Agreement may also be terminated without cause at any time for any reason by either the undersigned or the Company. Termination of the Agreement will take effect when the undersigned has received all commission payments outstanding at or before the time of the termination request. By signing below, the undersigned agrees to be bound by all of the terms stated in this Agreement, and understands that breeching any of these terms constitutes Reasonable Cause for the Company to terminate the Agreement under Term 5 above.
