                                    Hacienda Lawn
          Surrounded by rose bushes, the Hacienda Lawn is the perfect location
              to hold your wedding or renew your vows, for up to 50 guests.

                                       Olive Lawn
                Say “I do” while being surrounded by olive trees and up to
             130 family and friends. This intimate setting provides the perfect
                            garden backdrop for any wedding.

                                 The Garden Courtyard
           Walk down our grand staircase and into the serene setting of our lush
                Southern California landscape, then announce your vows
              before 250 loved ones amid our courtyard’s trickling fountain.

        Enjoy an intimate dinner or cocktail hour with up to 30 family and friends.
               The library provides the perfect warm environment, with its
               open fireplace and casual music playing in the background.

        Entertain your guests in the Adobe dining area that includes both indoor
and outdoor seating options for up to 80 guests. Located on the third level it overlooks the
Garden Courtyard, and is a convenient option for a wedding rehearsal or day after brunch.

                                     Grandé Room
          The Grandé Room is the perfect complement to the Olive Lawn for your
          wedding reception. The hacienda styled room provides for both indoor
               and outdoor dining. Located adjacent to the Olive Lawn it
            creates an easy flow from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception.

                                    La Jolla Ballroom
         The grandeur of the La Jolla ballroom is the perfect accomplement to the
          Garden Courtyard. Earthy warm tones and wrought iron chandeliers
         crest the perfect ambience for up to 300 guests, in this special ballroom.

             The Estancia ceremonies include natural wooden chairs, water stations,
          a microphone sound system, lemon and cucumber water refreshment station,
         bridal dressing salon and groom’s finish room filled with wedding day surprises.

           Manager Is Pleased To:

Act as your primary hotel contact, available to answer questions and
provide suggestions along the way.
Act as menu consultant for all food and beverage selections. Detail
your Banquet Event Order outlining the event specific.
Create an estimate of charges for the hotel outlining your financial
commitments and deposit schedule.
Create a floor plan of your function space so that you may provide
seating arrangements.
Establish contact with a room sales manager for your guestroom
block (if applicable), who will monitor the status of your reservation.
Personally oversee the details of the bride and groom’s room
Oversee the setup of the ceremony and reception room(s), food
preparation, and other hotel operations.
Be the on-site liaison between your Wedding Coordinator and the
hotel staff.
Ensure a seamless transition to the hotel’s Banquet Captain on the
day of your event.
Review your banquet checks for accuracy prior to the completion of
your final bill.
Recommend outside Special Event Professionals to provide music,
floral, photography, ceremony officiation, invitations and professional
wedding coordination.

          Wedding Concierge Will:

Contact you via mail or email a few weeks prior to your wedding
to personally introduce themselves and provide you with resourceful
Oversee your ceremony rehearsal and assist in storing select wedding
material if needed.
Act as your personal concierge throughout your wedding day fulfilling
all special requirements.
Greet you upon arrival to your bridal/finishing rooms and ensure you

Assist vendors upon arrival to the hotel with special requests and
setup details.
Assist the wedding party in transferring all personal items to a
designated guest room(s) prior to the ceremony.
Ensure seamless guest transition from the ceremony to the reception

Assist with the etiquette and protocol for invitations, family matters,
ceremony, and toasts.
Create a timeline for your wedding day, including the ceremony and

Coordinate the grand entrance, first dance, toast, cake cutting, and
other events for the reception timeline.
Coordinate with vendors and the Banquet Captain to ensure timeliness
of the event.
Collect and/or store personal items you may have brought at the
conclusion of the reception.
Count and collect all wedding gifts and make arrangements for
delivery of gifts to your room to appropriate location at the conclusion
of the event.
