The information on this form is collected for the primary purpose of assessing the application for a Monash Fellowship. Other purposes of

The Monash Fellowships are designed to attract outstanding researchers with normally two to eight years
postdoctoral research experience. Applicants nominate three referees: their most recent supervisor and two
referees who are internationally recognised experts in the discipline, and who are able to provide reports on
aspects of applicants' research work.
