TIME BECOMES
-
FULLTIME.
In 1990, having finished my
studies in Photography in the
Art and Design Department at
Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, I
chose to continue my eight year
old career in the retail grocery
industry. Now, after a 23 year
career in that industry, it is time
to take the skills I have devel-
oped and apply them to a full-
time career at my part-time pas-
sion - Photography.
I have 10 years of experience
with the Macintosh platform,
including four years with Mac
OS X. I am very comfortable
using Photoshop CS. I consider
myself to be technologically
adept. Using the people skills
that I have honed from working
with associates as well as cus-
tomers, I am prepared to focus
my creative energies on creat-
ing successfully communicative
images.
As a proven, dedicated em-
ployee, I am responsible and
able to work alone or in a group.
I am also a Giants fan!
WHY ME?
I WONDER, ALSO.
If I had a dime
for every time
someone told
me that I have
a great eye, I
probably
wouldn’t have to work
for a living (OK, a slight exaggeration). It
has taken many years for me to accept this
fact, but I
must
humbly
become
comfort-
able with
it. Taking
photo-
graphs
inspires
me like no
other ac-
tivity that I
do. Writing about photography feels like it’s
defeating the purpose. I prefer to let my
work speak for itself.
