Complete the "On Cost Percentage" this value adjusts the Wage to include a allowance for Annual Leave (A/L etc 3% cover A/L and LSL. If staff consistently do Overtime this must be included. Overtime is assumed at time and a half for 44 weeks. The owner is only included in "Productive Staff" if they actually work on the floor repairing vehicles.
The owner's wage can be included in "Non Chargeable Staff" or can be included in the required "Net Profit"
