                 violations of the County’s Water Quality Code.

                 STAFF RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the request and
                 authorize the County Attorney or his designee to sign.

                A request by Brown and Cullen, Inc., agent, for Partnership 97 Ltd.,
                owner, to rezone from ‘A’ (Agriculture) district; ‘RM’
                (Manufactured/mobile home park) district; ‘R-1a (Single family
                residential) district and ‘R-1aa (Single family residential) district to
                mixed use ‘PD’ (Planned Development) district on approximately
                148.4 acres (Brytan) located at the 7400 block of SW Archer Road
                on tax parcels 7011-000-000, 7011-004-000, 7027-000-000 and
                7046-000-000.
