         declared surplus by the County to the City of Lake Butler for $2,000. This vehicle is a 2001
         Dodge RAM 2500 truck with Mavron Animal Transport body which is fully depreciated and the
         price set by the Fleet Manager is deemed to be its fair market value. The sale would be effective
         as of today, March 24, 2009.
