                                            SCHOOL ASD SURVEY
(APPROXIMATELY 5 TO 10MIN TO COMPLETE)
The ever-increasing numbers of requests for visits by the Outreach Services team have necessitated the need for schools
to prioritise students and for the Outreach team to limit the numbers of visits within a particular school in order to be
equitable to the region as a whole. The School ASD Survey has been developed to assist the Outreach team in
prioritising the number of visits that a particular school within a region will be allocated. Further to this, it is hoped that
the information from the School ASD Survey will provide valuable information to support requests for funding and other
submissions aimed at enhancing services to children with ASD, their families and schools in regional Queensland.
Thank you for your time.
