Supply Logistics (Guidelines: Report on progress and problems related to administrative and logistical issues) Ordering, provisioning, supply and stock control of rapid HIV testing kits Quality control of rapid tests and confirmation of discordant test results using ELISAs Ordering, provisioning, supply and stock control of formula Ordering, provisioning, supply and stock control of NVP and co-trimoxazole A4. Monitoring and evaluation (Guidelines: Report on the monitoring and evaluation system – for example, is there a system for regularly capturing data; is there a database; are there regular reports; are there periodic surveys conducted to compliment the routine information; is there training provided on data capture, management and analysis).
