Status report of ZH Study Jan. 31. 2008 ILC Physics Study WG Meeting Hiroaki Ono Nippon Dental University School of Life Dentistry at Niigata Jan. 31. 2008 Single Higgs Study 1 Current status  Mh=120GeV mode is studied using realistic PFA, fixing difference between cheated PFA and realistic PFA, evis, mass etc. – Zhnnh (Ecm=350GeV, Mh=120GeV) 2j – Zhqqh (Ecm=350GeV, Mh=120GeV) 4j  Analizing HWW mode of Zhqqh qqWW – Ecm=350GeV, Mh=160, 140, 120GeV – qq+qq’qq’(6j), qq+lnqq’ (l+4j), qq+lnln (2l+2j) Jan. 31. 2008 Single Higgs Study 2 Comparison of realistic/cheated PFA @ Mh=120GeV Higgs mass and visible energy in Zhnnh Real : Mh=118.5 GeV Cheat : Mh=119.1 GeV Satellite hits is included now, but still some difference between them. Now investigating this reason. Jan. 31. 2008 Single Higgs Study 3 ZhqqWW channel at Mh=160GeV   6jets events are analized with cheated PFA. Chose best combination by  c2=(Mij-MZ)2/s2Z+(Mkl-MW)2/s2W+(Mmn-MW)2/s2W Cheated PFA Mz(Mjj) Mh(MjjMjj) Jan. 31. 2008 Single Higgs Study 4 Next steps Investigate the difference of realistic and cheated PFA.  Check Zhqqh, hWW mode study is ongoing and check the difference between 120GeV and 160 GeV.  Background process is concerning and analyzing in cheat and real for WW/ZZ.  Jan. 31. 2008 Single Higgs Study 5 Branching ratios of SM higgs  Zh standard model branch – Mh=120GeV : bb=68%, WW=13%, ZZ=1% – Mh=140GeV : bb=34%, WW=49%, ZZ=7%  – Mh=160GeV : bb=4%,  WW=91%, ZZ=4% bb WW ZZ   cc  Z    gg   6 Jan. 31. 2008 Single Higgs Study
