For the 2002-2003 school year, the Board of Edcuation voted to have steps 1-3 be the same
amount on each lane. Therefore, the percentages associated with steps
1 and 2 on each lane have no relation to the dollar amount listed. The
base amount is $27,120

The legislative increase will be given to those employees that meet the requirements in the passed legislation.
This legislative increase will be included on the salary schedule in this fashion as long as the legislature continues
to fund the increase.
