HOW TO ERASE THEHOLIDAY BLUES!

   Socialize. Get together with friends and
   family even after the holidays are over.
   Be nostalgic. It’s okay to look thorough old
   pictures, play the holiday tapes and
   reminisce. Good memories bring a mixture of
   happy and sad memories, but both are a
   healthy part of life.
   Do something nice for someone else. It
   feels great.
