EXECUTIVE SUMMARY


TIGI Australia Pty Limited is a joint venture company owned by TIGI
International based in Dallas USA.

TIGI International is a family owned business with the three principal
shareholders being Bruno, Guy and Anthony Mascolo.

The Mascolo Brothers are internationally renowned hairstylists. Due to this
close connection with the industry TIGI has been recognized as innovators
with unique hair products developed for leading salons and stylists globally.

Most products are contract manufactured in the USA and exported to more
than 40 countries.

TIGI Australia Pty Limited is based in St Leonards, Sydney and supplies
hairdressing salons in Australia and New Zealand.

COMPANY PROFILE

TIGI Australia supplies hairdressing products to salons only.

TIGI has a direct sales force in NSW, QLD and ACT. In VIC, SA & WA, TIGI
products are represented by Haircare Australia who act as distributors, in
Tasmania by The Hair & Beauty Warehouse and in New Zealand represented
by HairFX distributors.

TIGI has three ‘salon only’ Haircare ranges focused on different market
segments. They are Bedhead, Catwalk and S-factor. A range of hairdresser
tools is also sold under the brand name Hardcore.

TIGI also has a hair colour range that is sold into salons, where we offer full
education and support given its technical origin.

All products are fully imported. The total staff of TIGI Australia is seventeen.

ACTION PLAN

As all products are fully imported and are already globally compliant with E.U
and other international regulatory bodies there is very little that TIGI Australia
can influence.

Already, packaging is minimised wherever possible from both an
environmental and cost point of view while still recognizing the need for safety
and product appearance.
