              AFFIRMATIVE ACTION POLICY

The Company shall provide Equal Employment Opportunity to all employees and
applicants for employment in accordance with all applicable Equal
Employment/Affirmative Action laws, directives and regulations of Federal, State, and
Local      governing    bodies       or       agencies      thereof,      specifically
