					   EXAMPLE OF HAND - WRITTEN WILL
This is the Last Will and Testament of me, James Thomson, of the City of
Hamilton, in the province of Ontario, Machinist.

I herby revoke all former Wills and Testamentary dispositions by me at any time
made.

I appoint John M Smith, Tailor, and George F. Ross, Electrician of the City of
Hamilton, to be the Executors and Trustees of this my Will.

I direct that my said Executor(s) shall pay my just debts, funeral and
testamentary disposition as soon as conveniently may be after my death.

I give, devise and bequeath unto my Wife, Helen, my House at 261 Main Street
East, Hamilton, with its entire furnishing for use during her life, to be disposed of
at her death by my executors, dividing same equally between my two sons, Fred
and Harry, and daughter Margaret.

To my elder son Fred, I bequeath the sum of $400.00, also my clothing, tools and
personal jewelry.

To my son Harry and daughter Margaret, I bequeath the sum of $500.00 each.

To the Hamilton Sanitarium for the upkeep of the institution, the sum of $100.00

All the residue of my estate, real and personal, I give, devise and bequeath unto
my Wife, Helen.

In witness, I have here unto set my hand this twentieth day of June, 1940.

Signed, Published and Declared by said Testator, James Thomson, as
And for his last Will and testament in the presence of us both present
At the same, who at his request in his presence and in the presence
Of each other I have here unto subscribed our names as witnesses.
