To conduct show on fair grounds. For $_____ and agreements contained here, _________ State Agricultural Society, referred to as society, grants to _________, referred to as licensee, the license to occupy during the state fair, from September _________ to _________[date], on state fair grounds, at _________, the following parcel of ground within state fair grounds: _________[description], to be used for a _________ show, subject to following conditions: 1. No intoxicating liquors of any kind or description shall be sold or given away on premises covered by this license. 2. Licensee shall conduct business in a quiet and orderly manner. 3. Licensee shall keep the surroundings clean and free from waste and rubbish. 4. All structures erected by licensee shall be removed by licensee promptly after the closing date of the fair, but no structure shall be removed until after nine o'clock on the closing night of the fair. 5. Licensee agrees to pay the amount specified above for the license in two equal payments, one-half when the privilege is granted and one-half on or before _________[date]. Until full payment, the society shall have a lien on all personal property of licensee which may be on the fair grounds during the fair, with the right to take possession of it until the amount is fully paid. 6. The right to sublet any part of the premises is not included unless consent of the society is first obtained. 7.
