Lessor agrees to build a garage on the lot described as _________, as soon as possible after this date, according to the following specifications: _________. 2. Lessor agrees to execute a lease to lessee on building to be constructed as above described, at yearly rent of $_____, payable as follows: _________, rent to begin the day the building is completed and notice of it given to lessee. Lessee agrees to execute a lease, after notice to him from lessor of completion of garage according to specifications noted above, and to pay the rent stated above, beginning on receipt of such notice of completion of garage, such lease to contain the terms and conditions in the unexecuted lease attached to this agreement as Exhibit A.
