Agency in foreign country. Company appoints _________, referred to as agent, its exclusive selling agent for _________ and grants to agent the sole and exclusive and irrevocable representation in _________ in every respect and detail, including _________. Company agrees that it will not sell directly or indirectly any of the above-described _________ to any person, company, corporation or any representative of _________ except through agent, here in the United States or elsewhere. Agent agrees that he [she, it] will not solicit inquiries from parties other than the company, nor sell directly or indirectly any of the above-described character of _________, obtained from parties other than the company, to any person, company, corporation or any representative of _________. All communications, correspondence, etc., shall be done through the agent. Correspondence received directly from _________ must be in originals or copies exchanged between both parties. Agent shall attend to personal communications, and shall be informed if some personal communications are started directly with the company. Agent shall have the exclusive right to establish a subagency in _________ when the time shall show the necessity for that. The life of this contract shall extend to a period of two years from this date. Agent shall have the right to renew this contract upon the same terms and conditions for an additional period of one year from the date of expiration of the two-year term fixed in this contract.
