Description: The Project Issues Log is a spreadsheet that is designed to help project managers keep track of issues reported for a certain project. The project manager or project staff should record each issue request into the log as soon as the request is made. The request should be assigned a request number, have a description listed, a priority assigned, and a status recorded. Project managers should use this log to ensure that requests are being worked on by staff and to ensure the timely completion of each request.
