Pipes. In consideration of _________ dollars paid by _________, receipt of which is acknowledged, we, _________ and _________, grant to _________, his [her] heirs, executors, administrators [successors] and assigns, the right to lay, maintain, operate and remove at any time a line of pipe for carriage of _________, over and through our land in _________, more particularly described as follows: _________. The right-of-way is to commence at _________ and follow a _________ course to _________ and to be _________ feet in width. There shall be a right of ingress and egress to the right-of-way with motor vehicles, equipment or otherwise, to excavate land for, construct, maintain, attend and remove the pipeline. _________ for himself [herself, itself], and his [her, its] heirs [successors] and assigns covenants to bury the pipes so that they will not interfere with cultivation of the premises, and we reserve the right to cultivate the premises. All damages to crops, surfaces, fences and premises for and because of laying, maintaining, attending or removing the pipeline shall be paid for by _________ to us as soon as the damage is done.
