Stage I – Immediate Implementation

1. Upsize three 48” diameter culverts under
   I-95, parallel to existing 6’x6’ box culvert.

2. Upsize flap gates on the new 48” culverts
   and a lift gate on the existing 6’x6’ box
   culvert.

3. Upsize existing two 60-inch CMP culverts
   west of I-95 with two 5’x8’ box culverts.

           Stage II – East of I-95
4. Add a 5’x12’ box culvert at the L-16 canal
   and John Rodes Blvd. crossing.
5. Upsize the 48-inch culvert crossing at
   the Lamplighter Village middle entrance
   with a 4’ x 12’ box culvert.
6. Re-grade the L-16 canal segment west of
   John Rodes Boulevard.
7. Upsize existing 60-inch culvert at the
   Lamplighter Village south entrance with
   two 72-inch RCP’s.
8. Construct a diversion weir on the M-1
   canal, west of Wickham Road.

           Stage II – West of I-95

9. Widen and regrade existing canal from
   I-95 to the St. Johns River at Lake
   Washington.

10. Construct a treatment pond west of I-95,
   per St. Johns River Water Management
   District requirements.

11. Upsize existing CMP culverts ½ mile
   west of I-95 with two 5’x8’ box culverts.
